Libros Schmibros can’t stop, won’t stop our programming. Here’s what we’re up to this week!
THURSDAY, 9/15
From 5:30 – 7PM, Libros Schmibros – Westwood will host artist J. Michael Walker and map curator Glen Creason for a discussion about LA maps, a literary painted version of which graces the western wall of Libros Schmibros at the Hammer.
SATURDAY, 9/17
Guest worker writer Laurie Ochoa turns the Hammer Museum into a clubhouse for Slake LA from 2 – 6PM at Libros – Westwood. Writers doing readings of their work will include Joseph Mattson, Owen Wiseman, Sam Slovick, Matjames, Hank Cherry, John Waldman, and Cindy Carcamo.
